The ideal candidate has several years of supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume, quality restaurant with a thorough knowledge of floor and service operations to complement our management staff. Excellent customer service and communication skills, positive leadership and motivational skills, organization and a commitment to teamwork and quality are essential in this role.

Requirements:

– Highly motivated and a team player.
– Exceptional customer-service orientation and dedication to ensuring that all customers leave satisfied with their dining experience.
– Be a positive individual who shares our commitment to uncompromising quality.
– Have at least 3 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience with solid knowledge of policies, standards, theories and successful results with past responsibilities and experience in front of house and back of house.
– Ability to be organized and flexible in a changing environment.
